Observation

2)a) There is no flashlight with extra batteries for use in an emergency. 2)b) The applicant plans to use a cell phone only. There is no extra power bank or charging device available to ensure it will function for at least 5 hours in the case of an emergency. 3)a) There was a doorknob cover on the back exit door and a child safety device mounted under the doorknob on the front exit door. These devices require special knowledge/ability to open and may prevent safe exit during an emergency.
